Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

Boise office of an AmLaw Firm seeks commercial finance associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans. Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Strong consideration will also be given to candidates Barred in other states but will be expected to sit for the Bar in the Idaho state.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
