Insurance Coverage Staff Associate Attorney

Mountain View office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks insurance coverage staff associate attorney with 1-2 years of legal experience. The candidate will join the sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Will work collaboratively with partners and associates and be a key member of the team, and can expect to assume such responsibilities as: Drafting and preparing motions and papers and other litigation documents; Writing coverage opinions, researching insurance issues, monitoring insurance litigation; Conducting legal research; Assisting with document production; Working on all aspects of discovery; Assisting with all aspects of pretrial to trial. Experience with insurance coverage is a plus. Previous law firm experience is a plus. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent research and organizational skills, as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. Should effectively communicate research into meaningful written work product. Possesses strong writing and analytical skills.
