Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax / real estate finance associate attorney / senior counsel with 8-11 years of experience. The candidate will focus on opportunity zones, tax credit equity finance, real estate finance, and taxation of business and real estate transactions. Will represent institutional investors, lenders, developers, nonprofit organizations, community development entities, and other participants in projects involving tax equity financing and real estate transactions. Should preferably have extensive experience with new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, state tax credits and other alternative financing arrangements. An LL.M. in Taxation is highly preferred. Should be licensed to practice in California.
The candidate must have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
