Houston office of our client seeks a construction associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of pqe. The candidate should preferably have construction experience as well as general corporate/commercial experience. Familiarity with the legal and social framework in the Middle East (specifically Saudi and UAE) will be viewed favorably. Should be versed in EPC, BTO, BOT, BOO, and other turn-key contracts and project structures. There will likely be frequent and prolonged travel requirements. Potential for eventual relocation to the Middle East exists.
