Mid-Level Wage And Hour Class Action Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level wage and hour class action associate attorney with 3 years of relevant wage and hour litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have experience handling all aspects of litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs including oppositions to class certification motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients, and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances. Must have knowledge of employment law, specifically wage-and-hour law including experience defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters. Must have Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required.
