Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax resolution attorney with 1+ years of experience resolving IRS and State tax collection matters (Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement). The candidate will communicate with clients and overseeing case to resolution. Will prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases. Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis. Should be Bar licensed Attorney in good standing. Must preferably have 1+ year of Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy experience.

The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Must be self-sufficient and well organized with a strong work ethic. Should be able to work independently and also within a team. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize a must.
