Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on construction law and insurance defense.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina (South Carolina license is a plus).
