Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks estates trusts and tax planning associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate focuses on servicing the trusts and estates needs of high net worth individuals and families. Must have broad exposure to will drafting, estate planning, estate and trust administration and settlement. A tax background, LL.M. degree in tax is preferred. A strong background in estates, gift and fiduciary income tax in a law firm environment is preferred. Current admission to practice in California is strongly preferred.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. Strong academic background is required as well as exceptional research and writing skills, committed work ethic, demonstrated flexibility, multi-tasking skills and working with multiple partners, and strong interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to handle day-to-day demands of working with a team-orientated group.
