San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration associate attorney with 2 years of experience as a business immigration attorney. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of a Senior Attorney or Partner on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, with an emphasis on Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and National Interest Waiver categories. Will determine eligibility and provide a risk assessment of various immigration options to clients. Establish and maintain high-quality casework and legal best practices. Oversee legal assistants in preparation of NIV and IV petitions. Provide effective client service with regular communication with HR and foreign nationals regarding case strategy and processing issues. Help train and supervise staff in careful preparation and filings. Experience preparing and filing NIV applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, etc., is required. Must have experience with IV applications, including Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professor and Researcher, Multinational Manager, PERM applications, I-140 Petitions, and AOS applications. Should have experience with EB-1 and NIW. Proficiency in immigration case management databases is needed. Must have Bar admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree.
