Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience

Port Huron office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience. The candidate should have experience in the following: Independently handling 1st and 3rd party auto litigation required; Development of case strategy and advising Firm clients accordingly; Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries; Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions; Working in both State and Federal Courts. Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred. Prior trial experience is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
