Associate Attorney

Union City office of our client seeks an associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will draft pleadings and documents. Perform legal research. Assist in managing a caseload. Conduct legal research. Determine facts and draw conclusions based on the law and the facts. Communicate with clients, vendors, agency personnel, and other counsel regarding matters and the status of cases in a timely and accurate manner. Compose persuasive legal documents that conform to legal standards. Prepare for meetings. Must have experience in basic and advanced contract law, arbitration, and testifying in court. Must have an interest in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience providing legal advice to top executives. Bar license is required. Must have a proven record of extraordinary legal work and leadership abilities.
