Los Angeles office of our client seeks junior litigation attorney with 2-4 years of white collar legal experience. The candidate will be working closely with partners on general commercial litigation, white collar criminal matters, internal and government investigations and securities issues. Will be conducting legal research. Managing document production. Conducting internal investigations including witness interviews. Assisting in preparation for, and participating in, trials. Supporting the team by performing work on other litigation-related matters as needed. Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship(s) is preferred. Should be licensed or eligible to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing.
