Must have experience in advertising and marketing compliance counseling and transactional work. Should have experience in claims substantiation, advertising reviews, social media, promotions, automatic renewal laws, multi-level marketing, telemarketing, marketing services agreements, and other similar areas across federal and state legal requirements. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the DC Bar.

The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
