Charlotte office of our client seeks residential real estate closing attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will be working with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of the firm. Will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency. Representing lenders, buyers and sellers in real estate closings. Interacting with clients as counselor and advisor. Participating in team and company meetings. Performing other related duties as assigned; and contributing to the positive company culture. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. Licensed in South Carolina a plus. Must hold either a current appointment as a North Carolina Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work. Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations.

The candidate should be detail oriented, organized and possess superior interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations.
