Pine Brook office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 1-2 years experience. The candidate will be responsible for: Matters and research concerning credentialing and denial of privileges, administrative discipline, Medicare audits, post-payment demands and pre-payment audits for both physicians, pharmacies and other licensees; Assisting in the representation of clients in depositions and before the state licensing boards; Assisting healthcare providers with matters related to insurance carriers, including fraud issues and payment disputes; Assisting on a diverse range of litigation matters for healthcare professionals, including insurance and Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) network termination, wrongful exclusion from networks, PBM audits, Board of Pharmacy actions, Board of Medical Examiners actions, ERISA, other governmental investigations, and commercial disputes; Assisting clients in gaining access to restricted Specialty Pharmacy Networks and challenge unreasonable reimbursement terms. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey in good standing. An interest in Healthcare transactional or litigation matters are must. Licensed in New York and/or other states is a plus.

Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations. Superior research and writing skills. Strong communication skills. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, with great academic credentials.
