The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice. Must also have some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the California Bar. Clerkship or journal experience preferred.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and exceptional research and writing abilities.
