Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Sherman Oaks office of our client seeks an estate planning associate attorney with 3-5 years of trusts & estate planning experience. The candidate will draft standard estate planning documents (wills, trusts, assignments, deeds, powers of attorney, etc.). Manage estate planning and administration matters from inception to completion. Meet and communicate directly with clients with professionalism and discretion. Assist in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Facilitate trust administration and file necessary documents with the court. Assist in associate and other personnel training. Prepare and review accounting for probate and estate matters. The firm offers dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
