Corporate and Business Associate

Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate and business associate with 3 years in the area of corporate and business law with experience handling a variety of corporate and financial transactions and issues, including corporate acquisitions, sales, mergers, corporate restructurings, contracts, and corporate governance matters. The candidate must have an admission to Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar (or must be obtained within 6-12 months). Private equity and/or securities experience is a plus. Must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills.
