Associate Attorney

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 4+ years of experience in chemistry patent prosecution. The candidate will be responsible for patent prosecution, client counseling, drafting patent applications, and due diligence. Background in life science, registration with the USPTO, and advanced degrees, Master's or Ph.D. in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, or similar fields is preferred. Patent agent experience is a plus. Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm is preferred.

The candidate should preferably have immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.
