Lateral Associate Attorney needed for San Francisco office

The candidate will be researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, case/client management, mediation and arbitrations, and trial practice. Should preferably have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to law firm defense matters, including claims for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty and defense of disqualification motions. District court or appellate court clerkship is preferred.
