Patent Prosecution Associate

Glendale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution associate with 2-6 years of law firm patent prosecution experience; prior industry experience is a plus. The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices, counseling clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management. Experience with foreign patent applications is a plus. Must be admitted before the US Patent & Trademark Office. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (AZ, CA, CO, NV) is required. Must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering as well as a (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
