Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

Saint Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a toxic tort associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. Deposition experience is required. The candidate will research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Monitor routine case files to ensure deadlines are maintained, and investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action. Assist with document review. Manage client files and cases from inception to conclusion. Conduct depositions. Attend court hearings in several different counties and courthouses. Must be in Good standing with the Illinois bar-dual licensed in Missouri is preferred.
