Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will serve in client intake, and client communications, and meet with clients Preparing ERISA appeal letters, demand letters, pleadings, and motions/briefs. Legal research, court appearances, the court of appeal arguments, taking depositions, and engaging in discovery, assist with trials. Solid academic credentials are important. Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing. Experience with ERISA and/or insurance litigation/insurance coverage matters is preferred.

The candidate should have a strong work ethic, stable work history, strong oral advocacy skills, and excellent writing, legal research, and analytical skills.
