Will research various issues and collaborate with senior attorneys about strategies. Attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions. Review discovery documents. Ability to negotiate claims. Experience with eDiscovery and document review processes needed. Must be licensed to practice law in New York State.

The candidate must have excellent research and communication skills. Must be able to function effectively in a team oriented environment.
