Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will bill 1,560 hours per year. Have direct client contact. Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents. Take and defend depositions. Negotiate settlement agreements. Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video conference. Advise clients regarding their employment matters. Must have experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice. Must have an active Bar license anywhere in the United States. Must have employment law or litigation experience in the federal sector, including experience with any or all of the following: the EEOC, MSPB, OSC, and OPM. Candidates awaiting February 2022 Bar Results are encouraged to apply.
