Immigration Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration associate attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience. The candidate should have experience in strategic preparation of H, L, E, TN, J, and O visa petitions; PERM labor certifications; and EB-1 and National Interest Waiver immigrant petitions. Experience managing outbound immigration matters is preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials and strong research and writing skills.
