Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks energy and infrastructure associate attorney with 3-4 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm with a focus on project finance and/or structured finance and non-recourse lending transactions. The candidate will have an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who can provide active mentoring and to be part of a collaborative team of attorneys focused on clean energy and financial innovation. Must have experience representing borrowers, lenders or investors in one or more of the following industries: commercial and residential mortgages, energy, media, transportation and fintech. Must be a member of the renewable energy and infrastructure group and have the opportunity to gain other project finance and development experience working with some of the industrys leading and most innovative companies. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
