Mid-level Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney

The candidate must have expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the healthcare and life sciences industries including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement, and assisting with the regulatory diligence and structuring of corporate transactions. Experience counseling telehealth and digital health companies is a plus. Must be admitted to the AZ Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree. Should have excellent academic credentials and superior analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Should be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
