Tampa office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will join a real estate law firm. Will handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Should be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Should have expertise in the Florida legal system. However applications will be accepted from newly licensed attorneys as well.

The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and will assist in growing the firms presence as a top-performing firm fostered by a culture based upon trust and mutual respect. Must value reputation and proactively develop relationships in the industry in order to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues.
