Senior Family Law Litigation Attorney

Corona office of our client seeks senior family law litigation attorney with 10 years of experience litigating family law cases. The candidate must have substantive knowledge concerning statutes, regulations, and rules affecting family law. Should have excellent presentation and communication skills in court and internal meetings, with the ability to synthesize succinctly, while also understanding the audience and ensuring clients understand. Must be licensed in California. Should preferably be a Certified Family Law Specialist, or immediately eligible for certification.

The candidate should have graduated from an accredited law school. Superior writing capabilities are required. Ability to handle high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision is needed. Ability to work alone or collaborate with a group is essential. Outstanding reputation of professional integrity and ethics are required. Should have ability to resolve family law cases either by settlement or trial. Should also have ability to manage cases with all staff involved including: paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and the billing department.
