The ideal candidate will be able to actively assist on bank and acquisition finance transactions, and will have a practice focused on commercial lending, corporate finance, and private equity and mezzanine financings. Will represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.
