Chattanooga office of our client seeks staff commercial bankruptcy and creditors rights attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in both state and federal court filing systems and the ability to determine procedures used therein. Will search public records, to analyze and summarize information, and to prepare drafts of routine correspondence and pleadings independently for review by attorneys. Should have Tennessee Bar licensure. Basic knowledge of real estate and title issues is a plus.

Must have a law degree from an accredited law school. Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.
