Prosecute patent applications with US, international, and foreign national patent authorities. Should have an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree, other engineering and science degrees. Experience with software consulting or as a hardware or software engineer, hardware or software developer or IT system administrator is helpful. State Bar license is required. Must already be registered with the USPTO.
