Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Redwood City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices, counseling clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management. Should have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Must preferably have prior industry experience. Experience with foreign patent applications is a plus. Must be admitted before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Admission to the Bar is required.
