Will be drafting documents and providing legal advice for defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans and self-funded health and welfare plans. Focus primarily on drafting documents in compliance with ERISA, PPACA, HIPAA, the IRC and other federal and state laws impacting employee benefit plans. Primarily dedicated to plan document drafting, including plan documents, plan amendments, summary plan descriptions, and plan policies.
