Family Law Attorney

Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with 3 years of experience. The candidate will be understanding how clients' problems are more than a legal problem to them. Must be a licensed attorney with the State of North Carolina. Must have experience managing a full caseload.

The candidate must have exceptional communication skills. Must have strong writing skills. Must be a hard-working Team player responsible for all aspects of a client's family law case including communicating with clients and other counsel, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing for and attending mediations and settlement conferences, drafting Separation Agreements, and preparing for and attending hearings and trials. Must be detailed-oriented but also flexible. Must be diligent, conscientious, thorough, and able to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.

Its practice areas include fund formation, investment management, markets & trading, investment transactions, institutional investors, and US Tax.
