Durham office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks biotech patent prosecution associate attorney with 2+ years of experience preparing/prosecuting patents in biotechnology, ideally in any of the following fields: Agricultural/plant biotechnology, Gene editing technologies, Immunotherapies and cell therapy. The candidate will join the firm's Intellectual Property practice and be part of the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Biotech team. Some experience is required, including law firm, or industry experience. Should be registered with the USPTO, or be willing to complete registration within a year. Advanced degree (PhD) preferred, but experience will also be considered.
