Securities Litigation Associate Attorney

Dallas office of our client seeks a securities litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate must have experience with commercial litigation (preferably in federal courts), a solid work history, and be admitted to the Texas Bar. Should be admitted or eligible for admission to the Texas Federal Courts. Should preferably have large firm training or other sophisticated litigation experience working on cases from inception to trial. Should have a strong working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Should preferably have experience in conducting discovery, research and writing complex motions and briefs, arguing substantive motions in court, and taking and defending depositions.

The candidate must have excellent writing, analytical, and research skills, and a proactive approach to cases regarding strategy and deadlines, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently and exercise exceptional professional judgement.
