Santa Clara office of our client seeks corporate/litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will regularly support the firm in practicing corporate and transactional law. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.

The candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills that support a well-organized yet adaptable work style. Must be a Graduate of an accredited law school. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential. Must be highly-organized and able to prioritize and plan efficiently. Should be flexible and adaptable. Strong project management and multitasking skills are needed.
