Litigation Attorney

Burlingame office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 1-7 years of complex litigation experience, preferably in antitrust litigation. The candidate will serve in Case and client management through all stages of litigation. Will research and draft complaints and briefs. Engage in all phases of discovery (including taking and defending depositions). Opportunity for substantive litigation and trial experience. Work collegially with other members of the antitrust Bar. Should have Bar admission in California. Must have experience with federal court practice. Broad litigation experience, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial(s) preferred. Expertise in antitrust case development, research and analysis, and management preferred.
