Estate Planning, and Asset Protection Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Develop and implement customized estate planning solutions (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) for medium to high-net-worth clients.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and business systems for tax planning and asset protection.
• Advise clients on tax-related matters as they relate to estate planning and asset protection.
• Provide guidance on trust and estate administration, including probate, tax-related matters, and asset distributions.
• Manage case activities, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and business law.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle complex matters.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the relevant state bar (or the ability to obtain membership if not currently licensed).
