Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in commercial litigation, including dispute resolution, civil matters, arbitration, mediation, white collar, fraud, and tort claims. Experience with depositions, witness preparation, drafting motions, and trial preparation is a plus. Must be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar. Should preferably have knowledge of ethics and conduct codes.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong research and analytical skills, and the capacity to grow into new areas of legal practice. Must have a bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited law school. Excellent academic performance is highly valued.
