Omaha office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a specific area of law. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings as needed by the specialty area of law for the Attorney. Will consistently provide excellent advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters. Working collaboratively as part of a team. Managing multiple clients, cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines. Collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop strategies designed to meet specific goals. Business development, including professional organization involvement and writing. Supervising paralegals, staff, and team members as the role progresses. Must be familiar with court pleadings and court processes and has experience working with business owners, institutions, and individuals. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Successful passing of the Bar exam is required. Must be an Active member in good standing of the Bar or currently eligible to become licensed to practice law in either Iowa, South Dakota, or Nebraska. 7-10 years of specific experience is required.

The candidate should have superior verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively in oral and written form is required. Must have excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are needed. Should have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Must have strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate is required. The ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment is needed. Bachelors degree is required. Should have Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Must have strong work ethic, drive, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
