Richmond Hill office of our client seeks real estate and litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will read a title report, review contracts, explain title and survey. Will responsible for the litigation files, preparing all motions and responses as required and appear to court. Should have experience in doing real estate closings on residential, coop and condo properties as well. Must understand all e-filing systems e-courts and have some knowledge of court procedures.

Must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively with clients, agents, brokers etc., have great organizational skills.
