The candidate will meet with clients to discern their wishes and draft appropriate documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, irrevocable trusts, and business planning documents. Advice on the estate, gift, GST tax, and income tax matters. Should be familiar with preparing gift and estate tax returns, drafting limited liability company and family limited partnership agreements, and other related tax planning documents. Must have knowledge in estate planning, estate, and gift tax, and business succession planning. Must be Admitted to the State Bar. Must have a portable book of business.
