M&A Associate Attorney

Canton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks M&A associate attorney with 1+ year of experience in a law firm or in house legal department. The candidate will be drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on related transactions. Will be advising on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance matters. Advising on choice of entity and creating and restructuring business entities. Assisting in due diligence efforts and post-deal integration. Maintaining a current working knowledge of laws and regulatory developments; and structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions. Experience and/or background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

The candidate should have strong drafting, research, and writing skills. Must have ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects. Should have strong analytical skills. Must have ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully.
