The candidate should have experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures). Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must: joint ventures, commercial financing, private placements/capital raises, leases, easements, construction, property management agreements, land use, or development. Should have Bar admission. Must have portable book of business.
