Corporate and Finance M&A Junior Associate Attorney

The candidate must have experience in mergers and acquisition and general corporate matters, including conducting due diligence investigations of acquisition targets, and interacting effectively with sophisticated client management teams. Must be generally familiar with Delaware corporate and federal securities laws. Experience in working with technology and life sciences companies is also desirable. A strong work ethic and comfort working and interacting with large deal teams on complex transactions are required. Associates at this level are expected to be prepared to devote substantial time to continuing to develop their transactional M&A skills and expertise.
