Duties:

  • Advise clients on compliance issues and strategic legal matters about Native American law.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings related to Native American law matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal issues and case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar and Arizona Bar.
  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience focused on Native American law and federal Indian law.
  • Strong academic credentials from undergraduate and law school.
  • Proven experience working with Native American communities and tribal governments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
