Santa Clara office of our client seeks attorney with 3 years of legal work experience in the patent field as a patent prosecutor. The candidate will oversee and manage patent application docketing. Will oversee, improve and maintain the firm's patent prosecution system. Prosecute U.S. patent applications before the USPTO. Significant science/engineering background, Ph.D. in physics is preferred. Computer proficiency (the firm operates virtually paperless) is needed. Fluency (business level) in Japanese is preferable. Must have California Bar membership. USPTO registration number is required.
